I’m Hannah Parry-Jones, a detail driven Executive Assistant and Operations Specialist with a lifetime passion for high-performance environments.

Raised in the Somerset countryside, my world has always revolved around sport, horses and resilience. I went on to internationally compete in the sport of polo, proudly representing Great Britain Ladies team to win the International in India and playing over NZ, Australia, Switzerland, France, Argentina and the UK.

Alongside playing, I would train my own horses from young thoroughbreds (mainly off the track) to compete on. “Casarubina” was awarded the Best Playing Pony prize in the UK’s most prestigious tournament and was bought by Dubai Royalty. Others were sold internationally to places such as Spain, Argentina, Dubai and Germany.

Years of early mornings and long days that required intense focus taught me that precision, discipline and loyalty are the necessary ingredients for success to look effortless.

Today, I bring that same commitment to the individuals and businesses I support, with the aim “to be the behind the scenes powerhouse that keeps you on your A game”. My former experiences having taught me how to recognise potential, whether in horses, teams or people and then elevate it.

What I learned is simple: Success never happens by itself.

It happens when the right support is behind you. One that is organised, proactive, calm under pressure and always one step ahead. That is where I come in and make your goals my priority.
